Our admin support Officer will be responsible to the Project Manager for:
Providing outstanding PA support to the Project Manager.
Providing excellent administrative support to the Tenancy Support Team.

PA duties for our Administrative Support Officer:
Provides support through effective call screening and diary management for the Project Manager.
Takes and circulates accurate minutes/notes of meetings of the Project Manager and the boards
Types documents/reports/correspondence quickly and efficiently on behalf of the Project Manager.
Carries out effective filing of documents and paperwork for the Project Manager.
Assists the Tenancy support officers in one-off and on-going projects for the Project Director.
Responsible for Managing the office

Administration duties for our Admin Support Officer
Responsible for ordering and stocking stationery, toner, and other equipment for the resources section and for the Managing Director:
Arranges for the repair and maintenance of office equipment (e.g. printer) as required;
Deals with any finance queries relating to the Trusts, bills, purchase orders/payments. Maintains records of purchase orders in line with Enables policies.
Monitors the shared enquiries mailbox, acknowledges each email and forwards to the relevant officer for response. Monitors responses.
Responsible for general admin duties, including mail-outs, photocopying, filing. Maintains accurate filing systems, both paper-based and electronic.
Ensures office notices are kept up to date (e.g. Health and Safety at work; First Aid).
Assists with developing procedures and advising on efficiencies.
Assists the Head of Resources as required.
Carries out any other tasks as required, commensurate with the role.

Support officer duties
Carry Out Support Plans and Supporting Documents and Referral Forms
Support Clients with paperwork and applications
Note taking/summarising skills is needed for contact notes from visiting residents
Liaison with other support agencies according to the residents needs

Experience and Qualifications
Experience of working in a social care and in an administrative role is an added advantantage
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Skills and competencies for our Administrative Support Officer:
Able to maintain confidentiality concerning Board of Trustee reports, minutes/notes of meetings and so on.
Excellent interpersonal, organisational and planning skills. Can prioritise own workload.
Excellent written, grammar and typing skills.
Experience of drafting reports to a required format
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Self-motivated, with good judgement and the ability to use initiative.
Knowledge of leisure and culture services (desirable)
