About the role:
Looking to fill the position of Quality Systems Administrator within the food manufacturing industry, specifically in a Technical or Quality department. This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a newly established team at a start-up site under the umbrella of a successful and expanding company like Noble Foods. This venture focuses on adding value to their core Egg product.
Being part of a start-up site, the primary responsibility will involve establishing, maintaining, and enhancing the new Quality Management system onsite.
Key Accountabilities
Playing a significant role in driving innovation and revolutionizing the food industry, this esteemed company upholds a stellar reputation for food safety. They pride themselves on being the preferred choice for loyal customers in the UK & internationally. You will have the opportunity to:
- Support systems related to the Quality Management System
- Assist the Technical Lead in 3rd Party audit accreditation, including participation in customer & 3rd party audits
- Address non-compliances
- Conduct KPI trending & analysis
- Handle non-conformances swiftly
- Prepare reports and review documentation for the maintenance of external certifications within a manufacturing environment
About You: Skills, Knowledge & Experience
- Prior experience in a Technical or Quality department within a food manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in Internal / 3rd party auditing
- Familiarity with BRC Standards
- Thorough understanding of food safety systems and standards
- Preferably holds certifications in HACCP, Food Safety & Internal Audit or Lead Auditor Qualifications
- Experience working with customer portals
- Excellent communication abilities
- Strong organizational skills with the capacity to multitask
- Self-motivated to ensure timely completion of tasks
