We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Systems Manager to join our team at Silven. As a Quality Systems Manager, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and Maintain Quality Management Systems: Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Monitor and Evaluate System Performance: Regularly monitor and evaluate the performance of quality management systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Provide Training and Support: Provide training and support to staff on quality management procedures and best practices, ensuring that all employees understand their roles and responsibilities in maintaining quality standards.
- Stay Updated with Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices in quality management, applying this knowledge to improve our quality management systems.
- Essential Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in the food manufacturing industry, with a strong understanding of quality management systems and regulatory requirements.
