Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Manager to join our team at Recra Consulting. As a Quality Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our quality management system, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and driving quality excellence throughout our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive quality management system to meet ISO/TS standards and customer requirements.
- Establish and maintain quality control processes, including documentation and implementation of quality procedures, work instructions, and inspection methods.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify quality improvement opportunities and develop action plans to address them.
- Lead the investigation and resolution of customer complaints and quality issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions as necessary.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
- Manage and maintain our internal and external quality documentation, including quality manuals, procedures, and quality records.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on quality-related matters, including training and development initiatives.
- Interface with customers, suppliers, and regulatory authorities to address quality concerns and facilitate effective communication.
- Proven experience as a Quality Manager in the automotive sector.
- In-depth knowledge of ISO/TS quality standards and requirements.
- Strong understanding of automotive quality control methods, tools, and techniques.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills.
- Experience in conducting audits, inspections, and managing customer complaints.
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles and tools is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using quality management software and tools.
- Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field is preferred.
