Quality Assurance Manager

As a key member of our Life Science team, you will be responsible for ensuring the high quality of our projects, meeting customer expectations, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations. Your leadership skills will be essential in guiding our Validation Engineers and supporting project teams throughout the pursuit and execution phases.
Key Responsibilities:- Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with industry regulations and customer requirements.
- Validation Expertise: Provide expertise in computer system validation, GxP regulations, and industry trends to support project teams and ensure efficient execution.
- Leadership and Mentorship: Lead and mentor Validation Engineers, providing guidance on industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Project Support: Participate in project pursuit phases, allocate resources, and assist in establishing project planning activities.
- Quality Culture: Develop and maintain a quality culture within the engineering team, ensuring each member understands their role and responsibilities in delivering high-quality projects.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or a Technical subject.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of Quality and Computer System Validation within the Life Science sector.
- Leadership Skills: Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with experience in managing teams and influencing stakeholders.
- Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to network and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Technical Expertise: Technical understanding of Automation (S88), MES (S95), and industrial software.
- ISO 9001: Trained in ISO 9001 with auditor training and experience.
- Managerial Experience: Managerial experience in Operations and Quality, with a proven track record of leading and developing teams.
- Language Skills: Proficient in English and one additional European language.
