The Account Executive will be responsible for supporting EMEAI region's brick & mortar and distributor run monobrand and multi brand websites.

Act as product expert to development the business in the region.

Account Management

  • Support EMEAI Key Account Manager with development and management of distributor run brick and morter stores and digital multibrand and monobrand websites
  • Responsible for analyzing trade performance on a weekly basis, providing internal reporting, and creating clear growth driving strategies
  • Hold regular trade meetings with Account to discuss business trends and action plans
  • Build and own annual trade plans & marketing calendar for bricks and mortar and digital
  • Produce seasonal trade decks highlight seasonal wins/challenges & opportunities
  • Build localized assortments and strategies at quarterly Markets to influence Accounts, across all product categories, and ensure proper order management from time of buys through the time of shipments.
  • Support EMEAI Key Account Manager with management of B&M Stores
  • Act as key lead for product on EMEAI team, across all categories
  • Produce seasonal trade decks to highlight seasonal wins/challenges & opportunities within B&M
  • Responsible for driving opportunity through performance analysis and inventory
  • Lead and prepare the EMEAI team through Seasonal Markets
  • Support Sales Team to drive sales, shipments and growth
  • Work closely with Customer Service to act as team lead on shipments, order tracking and outbounds
  • Build relationships with and collaborate with distributors, digital partners, and crossfunctional partners

Digital

  • Work closely with Customer Experience to maximize omni channel opportunities
  • Review and analyze regional and competitor landscape to seek new digital opportunities
  • Support EMEAI Key Account Manager on all contractual requirements
  • Support Key Account Manager in longer term commercial plans
  • Attend conferences/events to stay up to date with the latest trends in digital ecommerce
  • Act as link between Coach's Creative Team and Distributor to manage homepage updates and brand pages, based off Account buys, global merchandising strategies, and digital opportunities
  • Responsible for set up and launch of new multibrand and monobrand websites
  • Coordinate with and support Marketing Team's digital marketing initiatives and events
  • Partner with Accounts and Agencies to support driving increased search engine rankings, traffic & sales across each region.
  • Monitor digital websites on a weekly basis, debrief the wider team and recommend corrective action to ensure consistency with global brand strategies and ensure a seamless customer journey flow
  • Coordinate with Coach Direct Digital Teams to share learnings, gain new ideas, and ensure brand priorities are reflected across each strategy
  • VM merchandising on the website

  • 4 years Distributor and Digital experience required, experience within the EMEAI market preferred
  • Highly motivated and with a target driven mindset to achieve sales
  • A strong and passionate team player motivated to work in a "startup" environment in Europe

  • A selfstarter able to independently manage time and workload
