Iconic Resourcing is supporting our client in their search for a talented HR Advisor to join their team in Glasgow on a full-time permanent basis.
This role primarily involves on-site work with the flexibility for one day of remote work per week, with occasional opportunities for additional remote days.
Responsibilities:
- Provide HR advisory services on a range of employment and employee relations matters.
- Offer advice, support, and coaching to managers on talent management activities.
- Support investigation and disciplinary processes.
- Complete monthly payrolls.
- Assist in project deployments and administrative tasks.
- Deliver HR inductions and support annual compensation planning.
- Prepare HR Management Information for continuous improvement.
- Provide advice on Occupational Health and safety matters.
- Participate in HR meetings and projects.
- Support activities promoting diversity, inclusion, and customer excellence.
Requirements:
- Proven HR experience at advisor level.
- Advanced Excel and Word skills.
- Understanding of UK employment legislative framework.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Ability to navigate complex organisational relationships.
