Are you an experienced HR professional seeking a dynamic role where you can empower managers and drive positive employee relations?

Iconic Resourcing is supporting our client in their search for a talented HR Advisor to join their team in Glasgow on a full-time permanent basis.

This role primarily involves on-site work with the flexibility for one day of remote work per week, with occasional opportunities for additional remote days.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR advisory services on a range of employment and employee relations matters.
  • Offer advice, support, and coaching to managers on talent management activities.
  • Support investigation and disciplinary processes.
  • Complete monthly payrolls.
  • Assist in project deployments and administrative tasks.
  • Deliver HR inductions and support annual compensation planning.
  • Prepare HR Management Information for continuous improvement.
  • Provide advice on Occupational Health and safety matters.
  • Participate in HR meetings and projects.
  • Support activities promoting diversity, inclusion, and customer excellence.

Requirements:

  • Proven HR experience at advisor level.
  • Advanced Excel and Word skills.
  • Understanding of UK employment legislative framework.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Ability to navigate complex organisational relationships.
