Job Title: HR Advisor

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team at Hikvision UK & Ireland. As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting the HR Director in developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business growth and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Engagement
  1. Collaborate with the HR Director to design and implement employee engagement initiatives that promote a positive company culture and drive employee retention.
  2. Develop and execute employee recognition programs to recognize and reward employees for their contributions.
  3. Lead the development and execution of employee engagement programs that foster a sense of community and belonging among employees.
Onboarding
  1. Assist the HR Director in designing and implementing an onboarding process that streamlines the new hire experience and ensures a smooth transition into the company.
  2. Deliver welcome sessions and monitor new employees' induction training to ensure a comprehensive understanding of company policies and procedures.
  3. Coordinate the production and distribution of new employee information packets and ensure that all necessary documentation is completed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources

  • CIPD Level 5 or equivalent
