Key Responsibilities:

As an Academic Human Resources Specialist at ASVA: Association of Scottish Visitor Attractions, you will provide a comprehensive HR advisory service to senior managers, line managers, and staff across the organization. You will work closely with HR colleagues to advise on all aspects of the employee lifecycle, undertake or support case management activity using professional HR and legislative knowledge.

Key Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong IT skills with experience of using HR systems and Microsoft 365 suite
  • Solid working knowledge and understanding of employment law, HR policy, procedures, and best practice
