Working Monday - Friday 09:00am - 17:00pm this is an excellent opportunity to progress your career and start a fantastic new venture.
Working no weekends and using your transferable skills,this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Paying up to £22,500.BENEFITS:

THE ROLE:
- Provide a high level of customer service and support
- High level of Telephone support both external and internal
- Process work on the existing company CRM system and learn and onboard any additional systems as required
- Ensure all work from the field has the appropriate paperwork, is processed and saved to enable successful closure of the work and invoicing
- Ensure the customer receives copies of paperwork they require to ensure their site is compliant
SKILLS:
- Monitor and upload documentation to customer portals as required
- Excellent skills with Microsoft Word Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
- Ability to manage time effectively
- Efficient and highly organised
- Good team player and highly customer focussed.
