- Annual salary of £32,000 (full-time equivalent)
- Fixed-term contract spanning 12-18 months (potential for extension contingent on funding)
- Remote role - within reasonable commute to London for monthly gatherings
- Part-time position: ranging from 21-28 hours per week based on your preference
This year marks the 75th anniversary of the establishment of National Parks in the UK. As part of this milestone, this newly forged role will take the lead in an innovative project aimed at championing and safeguarding the UK's inaugural National Marine Parks. Thanks to the backing from Esmee Fairbairn, this undertaking will collaborate with communities and partners, including Plymouth Sound National Marine Park and Blue Marine Foundation, to garner support from the Government and the broader populace for National Marine Parks nationwide.
This pivotal new position will oversee all matters concerning coastal and marine initiatives for the Campaign for National Parks team, entailing participation in advocacy, policy-making, campaigns, communication efforts, and fundraising activities.
