Parent/Child, Pre-K, and Grade School classes are all taught in a clean, fun, safe, and nurturing environment, which encourages children to develop at their own pace.

Job Summary:

The Program Coordinator is responsible for teaching the best classes, training staff, and assisting in some managerial aspects of the gym.

Responsibilities:

  • Teach GREAT classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method
  • Oversee training of staff
  • Oversee The Little Gym Curriculum
  • Provide outstanding customer service and membership experiences to our guests
  • Assist the Gym Director in management of day-to-day operations
  • Maintain facility and equipment
  • Attend membership drives and philanthropic events in gym and throughout the community
  • CPR Certification required and training provided

Qualifications:

  • KID MAGNET You must love them, and they must feel that love and be stuck on you We can teach so many skills, but you must be a natural with the kiddos
  • Customer service experience
  • Great attitude and strong work ethic
  • You love to have fun but you know when to buckle down and do work
  • Gymnastics experience is a plus but not required

Schedule:

  • A combination of days, evenings, and weekends.
