As an Independent Sexual Violence Advisor (ISVA) you will provide practical and emotional support to anyone who is a victim of sexual violence including young people aged 13 years or older and the parents of younger children.

You will complete a holistic, client-centered needs assessment and provide support and ongoing referrals to meet these needs using a cope and recovery plan to record and monitor progress.

You will support victims of sexual violence through the Criminal Justice System, explaining the procedures and their rights within that system.


In return we provide comprehensive training, development opportunities, a competitive salary, 26 days annual leave plus statutory bank holidays (Full-time), contributory pension scheme, employer-paid health cash plan and access to other national discount schemes.

Salary £24,496.20FTE, £12,248.10 pro-rated for 18.50 hours per week
