As a Senior Sales Negotiator based in their Sloane Square office, you will be at the forefront of high-end property sales, leveraging your expertise to navigate complex transactions and deliver exceptional results. You will be part of a small team of 4 responsible for building and maintaining relationships with high-net-worth clients, providing strategic advice, and closing deals efficiently within Sloane Square and it's surrounding areas.

Role Responsibilities:

Client Management:

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Provide tailored advice and guidance throughout the property buying and selling process.

Property Sales:

  • Manage the sales process from initial inquiry to completion, ensuring a smooth transaction for all parties.
  • Conduct property viewings, highlighting key features and benefits to potential buyers.

Negotiation:

  • Negotiate terms and prices effectively to secure favorable outcomes for clients.
  • Handle complex negotiations involving multiple stakeholders with professionalism and tact.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience within property sales or lettings.
