Hours:
Part-time position, 22.5 hours per week spread over 3 days from Monday to Friday.

Salary:
Offering £11.45 to £13.20 per hour

About the Role:
- Conducting general maintenance tasks within the care home
- Keeping equipment in good condition and maintaining accurate records
- Performing routine tests including fire alarms and PAT testing
- Completing necessary paperwork such as health and safety audits and risk assessments
- Engaging in painting and decorating projects
- Collaborating with Home Manager and/or Managing Director to address any issues effectively

The Ideal Candidate:
- Must be adaptable to meet the home's requirements and manage workload efficiently
- Previous experience in maintenance work is essential, familiarity with care home maintenance is preferred
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Possession of a valid, clean driving license
