Full-Time Maintenance Engineer / Handyman opportunity, offering a competitive salary of £40,000 plus bonus and benefits, based in a dynamic and growing company.

Space Design Maintenance Services Ltd is actively seeking a full-time maintenance professional to carry out general maintenance and carpentry duties. We are a reputable company offering professional, customer-focused service to both our commercial and private clients. Due to our increasing client base, we now have the requirement for another full-time Maintenance Person to contribute to the success and growth of our organization.

  • General maintenance and carpentry duties.

Minimum Requirements:

  • At least 8 years of practical experience gained within a maintenance and/or construction setting.
  • Hold a full, clean, valid driving licence.

We operate a standard Monday to Friday schedule, 8 am to 5 pm.

  • Clearly defined career progression path to a senior position within 12-18 months.

  • Attend externally led, industry-accredited training courses to upskill your skill set and support your career progression with us.
  • Following the successful completion of your probation period, you will be provided with a company van.
  • 28 days annual leave entitlement (including bank holidays).

  • Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday, Weekend availability

Requirements:

  • Maintenance and Construction: 8 years (required)
  • A full clean driving licence is essential (no penalties in the last 5 years)
