About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Handy Person to join our maintenance team at VINCI Facilities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for undertaking various maintenance tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, and building maintenance works.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake reactive and planned maintenance works, including fabric repairs, leak detection and repair, and unblocking toilets and sinks.
  • Perform carpentry, plumbing, and building maintenance tasks, including changing locks, replacing pipework, and servicing thermostatic mixer valves.
  • Work with a handheld device (PDA) to manage and track maintenance activities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in building maintenance, preferably in a commercial environment.
  • Recognized NVQ Level 2 in a building trade (desirable).
  • Good health and safety awareness.
  • Experience of using a handheld device (PDA).
