Job Description

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Handy Person to join our team at Ad Warrior. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing our principal's residence in London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day maintenance of the residence, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to ensure all work is carried out to a high standard and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors and suppliers to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
  • Monitor and control costs associated with maintenance and repairs.
  • Ensure all health and safety protocols are followed at all times.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a maintenance or management role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
