Job Title: Maintenance Person

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Person to join our team at Options Autism, part of Outcomes First Group. As a Maintenance Person, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of maintenance and repair for our properties, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for our residents.

About the Role:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs, replacements, and upgrades to buildings, equipment, and grounds.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and take proactive measures to prevent problems.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of maintenance services.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our properties, including their layout, systems, and equipment.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in maintenance and repair.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in maintenance and repair, preferably in a similar environment.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
  • Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
