We are offering the role of Personal Assistant/Administration Assistant with flexible part-time hours in Bangor, Gwynedd.


In this position, you will be supporting the Managing Director in various administrative tasks.

  • Handling day-to-day administrative duties such as mail, filing, and correspondence
  • Coordinating with utility companies and service providers for seamless business operations
  • Ordering and managing office supplies and stationery
  • Assisting in scheduling appointments and managing the calendar
  • Providing general organisation to streamline workflow
  • Ensuring prompt and professional responses to communications
  • Maintaining an accessible filing system
  • Overseeing general office management tasks
  • Collaborating with the General Manager for overall business support


To qualify for this role, you should have experience in a similar capacity, excellent communication skills, IT proficiency, problem-solving abilities, and be detail-oriented.

A positive attitude, ability to work independently under pressure, and willingness to adapt are essential.


This is a part-time position with 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday, with flexibility in start and finish times for the right candidate.

The salary offered is up to £15.00 per hour depending on skills and experience, along with holiday pay.
