Our client is looking for a Financial Administrator on a permanent basis, located in Aberdeen.

ROLE


The purpose of the Financial Administrator is to provide support to the Practice, ensuring business is processed in an efficient and timely manner whilst providing clients with the highest levels of customer service.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Arrange review meetings with existing clients if required.
  • Arrange new appointments with potential clients if required.
  • Undertake preparation for client meetings including the creation of meeting packs if required.
  • Overall responsibility for the LoA process including sending letters and information requests, chasing outstanding information and follow up requests and ensuring that agreed timescales are met.
  • Check listing of ceding scheme information
  • Responsibility for client withdrawal requests
  • Provision of Administration support for Submission of new business within ibusiness
  • Responsible for maintaining client files, including updating and amending personal information.
  • Proactively follow up on written outstanding to support the timely receipt of client funds.
  • Ensure all client information is correct and documented in the appropriate manner.
  • Daily usage and updating My Practice and Sales Force to maintain client files.
  • Regular review of Sales Force to ensure data quality standards are maintained.

REQUIREMENTS

We expect the Administrator will demonstrate the following:

  • Strong administration experience
  • Knowledge of financial products
  • Strong awareness of the practice values, services, and longterm goals
  • Good level of awareness regarding St. James's Partnership structure, values, and services
  • Embodies a Brand Ambassador with the potential for future development.
  • High levels of customer service
  • High levels of attention to detail when using CRM, internal databases
  • Sales Force super user creating and maintaining reports.
  • Confident and professional telephone manner
  • Strong willingness to be an active participant in team activities team player.
  • Strong willingness and ability to learn.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • There are no minimum qualification requirements
  • Financial Services experience preferred.
