Financial Administrator Opportunity at Brightwork Limited

Brightwork Limited is seeking an experienced Finance Admin to join their team on a temporary basis at their office in Aberdeen. The successful candidate will work within the fast-paced Finance Department, supporting all aspects of the Accounts Receivable focused departmental tasks.

  • Support the Accounts team with various tasks, including chasing clients for outstanding debts and discussing balances due.
  • Manage cash reconciliations and update various systems and spreadsheets while maintaining accurate records.
  • Perform general administration duties, such as high volume scanning and data processing.

Requirements:

  • Background in an accounts receivable focused role.
  • Confidence working with MS Office packages and ability to pick up new systems with ease.
  • Ability to work in a demanding role and adhere to set timescales.
