Brightwork Limited is seeking an experienced Finance Admin to join their team on a temporary basis at their office in Aberdeen. The successful candidate will work within the fast-paced Finance Department, supporting all aspects of the Accounts Receivable focused departmental tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting with all aspects of the Accounts Receivable focused departmental tasks
  • Acting as a point of contact for the Accounts team and, in their absence, replying to inbox issues and handling general enquiries
  • Chasing clients for outstanding debts and discussing balances due
  • Managing cash reconciliations
  • Updating various systems and spreadsheets whilst maintaining accurate records
  • General administration duties as required, such as high volume scanning and data processing
Requirements:
  • Background within an accounts receivable focused role
  • Confidence working with all MS Office packages and ability to pick up new systems with ease
  • Confidence working in a demanding role and adhering to set timescales
