Key Responsibilities:- Supporting with all aspects of the Accounts Receivable focused departmental tasks
- Acting as a point of contact for the Accounts team and, in their absence, replying to inbox issues and handling general enquiries
- Chasing clients for outstanding debts and discussing balances due
- Managing cash reconciliations
- Updating various systems and spreadsheets whilst maintaining accurate records
- General administration duties as required, such as high volume scanning and data processing
- Background within an accounts receivable focused role
- Confidence working with all MS Office packages and ability to pick up new systems with ease
