Salary: £70-80k

We're working with an amazing, mission-driven SaaS start-up that's making the world a safer place. They're looking for a Retail Partnerships Manager to play a key role in growing, shaping and embedding the company's partnership approach with retailers and industry bodies.

What you'll be doing:

  • Building relationships with Senior Executives and industry leaders
  • Suggesting new solutions and identifying upsell opportunities that will add value to partnerships.
  • Partnering with Customer Success to ensure delivery of engagement plans and targets.
  • Providing thought leadership to industry bodies.
  • Playing an active role in attending and facilitating industry events, actively promoting and positioning the company for success.
  • Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and win retailer business
  • Managing proof-of-concept pilots and/or roll-outs for prospective and/or new partners

What you'll need:

  • Experience as an Account Manager or similar in enterprise sales.
  • Experience in an early-stage start-up.
  • SaaS or retail experience.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and growing large, complex accounts, with a track record of achieving sales targets and fostering long-term client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Catalyst.
