The Role

The Partnership Manager is responsible for managing relationships with vendors, third parties, and networks. This role involves day-to-day relationship management, interacting with various teams, including IT, Account Management, Cardholder Support, Implementation, Finance, and Legal.

The Partnership Manager will manage projects related to current and in-progress implementations, working with internal teams and partners to ensure execution. They will maintain service level standards, improve processes, and lead to stronger partnerships and increased business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain relationships with key partner stakeholders and communicate updates to the manager.
  • Work with partnership stakeholders to determine additional needs and requirements.
  • Collaborate with IT to plan and execute network integrations for new product offerings.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with partners, meeting regularly to review progress and ensure program specifications and deadlines are met.
  • Audit internal and external communications to ensure compliance with partner standards.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving and analytical skills, finding solutions that benefit the company while supporting partners.
  • Set positive standards and inspire excellence in work.
  • Recognize areas for process improvement and propose effective solutions.
  • Assign tasks and responsibilities to internal owners.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of prepaid products, transaction/payment processing, and relationship management.
  • Understanding of network collateral guidelines and prepaid collateral guidelines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, including PowerPoint and Visio.
  • Experience in program management, audit, and documentation management.
  • 5 years of relationship or vendor management experience.
  • Experience in prepaid, banking, or other financial services industries.
