Job Title: CQC Registered Manager

Job Summary:

Healthcare Partnerships is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to lead the operational management of one of our client's Extra Care services. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery, developing and maintaining relationships with external partners, and fostering a supportive and inclusive environment for residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the operational management of the Extra Care service, ensuring compliance with CQC quality requirements and care standards.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, families, and stakeholders to promote a positive and inclusive atmosphere within the service.
  3. Organise and manage the effective deployment of staff to ensure smooth service operations.
  4. Ensure that care standards and CQC quality requirements are met, and implement improvements as necessary.

Requirements:

  1. Significant practitioner or management experience in health or social care service provision.
  2. A warm, person-centred, and respectful approach to leadership.
  3. A strong understanding of CQC quality requirements and care standards.
  4. Relevant professional qualifications and/or degree-level qualifications.
  5. Flexibility, reliability, and an energetic, organised approach to service management.
