Key Responsibilities
  1. CQC Registration
  • Prepare for and successfully complete the CQC registration process, including the final interview with CQC.
  • Ensure all company policies and procedures meet CQC standards and guidelines.
Leadership and Management
  • Provide leadership to the care team, ensuring high-quality care services are consistently delivered.
  • Support staff development and training to enhance skills and maintain compliance with industry standards.
Care Plans and Risk Assessments
