Care Quality Commission Registered Manager - Harrow

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Registered Manager to lead our new Domiciliary team in Harrow. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in care management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality home care services.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure the safe delivery of all services in line with CQC regulations, company policies, and legislative requirements.
  2. Develop and implement quality management systems to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
  3. Manage and maintain accurate records and reporting systems in accordance with legal requirements.
  4. Lead and motivate a team of care professionals to provide exceptional care and support to clients.
  5. Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality care.
  6. Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided and implement improvements as necessary.
  7. Collaborate with the franchise owners to develop and implement business strategies and growth plans.
  8. Represent the service positively at external meetings and events.
Requirements:
  1. At least 3 years of experience as a Registered Manager with CQC registration experience.
  2. Professional and compassionate with excellent time management and reliability skills.
  3. Excellent understanding and experience of the care industry and home care support.
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients, staff, and other healthcare professionals.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
  6. NQV Level 5 Social Care Leadership & Management qualification.

A satisfactory DBS check, full UK driving license, and own vehicle with relevant MOT are required for this role. We offer a competitive salary of between £38,000 - £45,000, dependent on experience, plus additional bonuses.
