Job Title: CQC Registered Manager

Direct Homecare is a leading provider of complex care services, seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead our national business.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to manage our registered services, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our clients. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day activities of our service, including development, compliance, and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the development and implementation of our care services, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and industry standards.
  • Lead a team of care professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners, ensuring the growth and success of our business.
  • Ensure the effective management of our care services, including recruitment, retention, and training of staff.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of our care services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
Requirements
  • Registered Manager qualification and experience in a care setting.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work.
  • Full driving license and ability to travel as required.
