Job Title: Registered Manager for Complex Care

Direct Homecare is a leading provider of complex care services, seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead our national brand. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services across our complex care business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of care services, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and industry standards.
  • Manage a team of care professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of exceptional care.
  • Collaborate with our operations and clinical teams to ensure seamless service delivery and effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of our care services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a complex care setting.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of CQC regulations and industry standards, with the ability to ensure compliance.
