As a Senior Product Manager, you'll lead strategic endeavours within our Payments platform, collaborating closely with multifaceted teams spanning engineering, data, design, and payments expertise.
As part of the Payment platform this role is positioned in the Reconciliation team, their mission; To empower Dojo to make better decisions using products that provide a complete and accurate view of our data. Whilst bringing clarity and confidence to Dojo's growing merchant acquiring data.
This is a key role helping to power Dojo's growth with a dependable Payments Platform. We are building a centralised data store - everything we know about a transaction and you will be a key member of the team turning data into stories.
What you will do...
- You will craft product vision and strategy, emphasising scalability and innovation through data-driven products
- Foster a culture prioritising product-centric thinking that aligns seamlessly with our customers' needs and desired outcomes
- You will spot new Opportunities and regularly engage with Dojo's stakeholders across the organisation to identify, validate, and capitalise on fresh growth prospects
- You will be results oriented
- Take ownership of and improve upon critical product metrics and KPIs, balancing innovation, technical debt reduction, and ongoing maintenance and support
What you will bring...
- Demonstrated experience managing high-transactional, data-intensive systems.
- You will have experience in managing and strategically advancing data products and platforms.
- You will enjoy translating intricate data into actionable product strategies.
- You will have a customer first mindset - understanding customer needs and linking product development to customer outcomes
- Exceptional communication abilities are paramount. You should be able to articulate the product vision and strategy, influence stakeholders across all levels of the organisation, and engage both technical and non-technical audiences effectively
- You will enjoy leveraging data to drive informed product decisions, steering both strategic initiatives and operational excellence.
- While experience in payments or FinTech is advantageous, it's not mandatory
