Job Title: NATIONAL SALES MANAGER - ROOFING PRODUCTS

Job Description:

  • They seek to hire a National Sales Manager to grow their specialist brand in the Roofing sector, preferably based centrally with industry knowledge.

The Role:

  • Full responsibility for Sales, Product, and Market Development in the UK and Ireland.
  • Reporting to the Director.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing new market and distribution opportunities.
  • Supporting Exhibitions, Trade Shows, Demonstration Events, and Training Events nationally.
  • Creating a 12-month business plan aligning with the global strategy.
  • Assisting in the marketing plan for the brand.
  • Building relationships with Medium, Large, National Contractors, and Maintenance Companies.
  • Managing and motivating the sales team.
  • Monitoring competitor activities and providing analysis.

Experience/Skills:

  • Field Sales/Management experience in the Roofing Sector.
  • Technical proficiency.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills.
  • Proficiency in IT.
  • Excellent negotiation and organizational skills.
  • Effective problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-awareness and strong communication skills.
  • Proactive and influential.

Qualifications Required:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in external sales role.

Location/Area: NATIONWIDE (But commutable from the East Midlands)
