Job Description:
- We are representing a privately owned, global market leading manufacturer of specialist building products across various Industries.
- They seek to hire a National Sales Manager to grow their specialist brand in the Roofing sector, preferably based centrally with industry knowledge.
- Our client's products are innovative and competitively priced, coupled with a strong focus on customer service, making it an excellent company to be part of.
The Role:
- Full responsibility for Sales, Product, and Market Development in the UK and Ireland.
- Reporting to the Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing new market and distribution opportunities.
- Supporting Exhibitions, Trade Shows, Demonstration Events, and Training Events nationally.
- Creating a 12-month business plan aligning with the global strategy.
- Assisting in the marketing plan for the brand.
- Building relationships with Medium, Large, National Contractors, and Maintenance Companies.
- Managing and motivating the sales team.
- Monitoring competitor activities and providing analysis.
Experience/Skills:
- Field Sales/Management experience in the Roofing Sector.
- Technical proficiency.
- Valid driving license.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills.
- Proficiency in IT.
- Excellent negotiation and organizational skills.
- Effective problem-solving abilities.
- Self-awareness and strong communication skills.
- Proactive and influential.
Qualifications Required:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in external sales role.
Location/Area: NATIONWIDE (But commutable from the East Midlands)
