We are seeking an experienced International Sales Manager to join our team at Aaron Wallis Sales Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and nurturing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with customers in the UK and EMEA, and leveraging your knowledge of process instrumentation to provide expert guidance and solutions to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the UK and EMEA markets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Leverage your technical expertise in process instrumentation to provide expert guidance and support to customers.
  • Attend and promote our products at international exhibitions.
  • Optimize and manage sales channels to drive revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable success in selling process instrumentation, with a deep understanding of application selling.
  • Proactive sales techniques, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently.
  • Strong knowledge of process instrumentation and technical sales processes.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the UK and EMEA.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive basic salary of £65,000 plus car allowance.
  • A hybrid role with 1 day per week in our Hertfordshire HQ.
