Following PE-backing and rapid growth last year, our client is currently searching for an experienced
Project Leader, to play a vital role in the business' continued success through overseeing the delivery of a range of projects by leading a full project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:
- Project Development: Leadership to support the first execution of an Energy as a Service contract and then developing the procurement and project strategy to enable scale.
- Strong financial management skills, including experience in forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting, to ensure the successful execution of projects within allocated resources and financial targets.
- Manage a growing portfolio of over 40 projects from initiation to completion. Develop project plans, establish milestones, and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery.
- Knowledge and understanding of EPC contracting organisations and how to best contracting strategies to maximise profitability while minimising risk.
- Protecting the company's bottom line while balancing repeat business through key customer accounts.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, suppliers, manufacturing, product and technology teams, to ensure alignment and successful project implementation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in delivering a portfolio of £15M+ projects in multiple geographies, preferably in the energy storage or renewable energy industry.
- Strong knowledge of programme management and cost control, scheduling and relevant tools/data.
- Understanding of industry regulations and energy storage technologies.
- Understanding of manufacturing supply chain, management of EPC contractors and logistics experience.
