The key objective of this role is to drive and manage the partner ecosystem, with a particular focus on client satisfaction, partner relationship management, and partner enablement.

The Partner Manager will be working directly with partners and clients to ensure they get the best support from the inception to closing of their service projects.

You will be working directly with our partner executives, service leaders, and several other sales, operations, and product management executives.

Ensure partners are leveraging Intapp training and up-skilling programs on a timely basis to support new product launches and to continue to build deep skills on all Intapp products

Ensure continuous client satisfaction with partner ecosystem deployment capabilities
Ensure partners follow Intapp prescribed deployment approach and methodology
Substantial experience managing a partner ecosystem in an enterprise software company supporting strategic services and licenses sales growth and primary accountability for client services delivery
Solid knowledge in building a partnership strategy, with an ability to partner across sales, product and internal stakeholder
Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent relevant experience
Solid experience and track record in strategic selling, delivering, and managing a portfolio of clients and projects
Strong internal networking skills with experience of removing internal barriers between teams to enable them to complete their objectives
Demonstrated success in Professional Services delivery roles (functional, technical, or project management) delivering complex client projects within an enterprise software company
