Company Secretarial Assistant

They are now looking for a a Company Secretarial Assistant to join their growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to organise existing company secretarial matters and then be pro-active in setting up the framework for better processes in the future It is also a great opportunity to continue your journey to an Assistant CoSec.
Key responsibilities include:
- Administration of the group legal entities
- Maintaining statutory books to ensure company records are accurate and up to date; including registers of members, directors, secretaries, and shareholders with all their past and present shareholdings
- Organising board meetings and management committees; preparing agendas, collation and timely distribution of meeting packs, maintaining accurate action logs and taking minutes.
- Manage any existing legal entities ordinary and special resolutions preparation and inform Companies House of any significant changes to the company's share capital, administration, registered address, among others.
- Support on the integration of newly acquired businesses on the cosec side.
- Support on company administration requirements arising from finance and new business acquisitions and disposals, coordinating with the legal team.
About you:
- Demonstrable company secretarial experience of at least 2+ years.
- Keen to contribute to the development of the team, processes, and the growth of the business.
- Experience of providing board and committee support, including minute writing experience.
- Some working knowledge of corporate governance frameworks and FCA compliance requirements is desirable.
