As a Customer Service Advisor your duties will include but are not exclusive to:

  • Inbound & Outbound calls to customers and other branches
  • Processing customer website placed orders
  • Processing orders placed internally by other branches
  • Conversing with customers via online chat & Email
  • Assisting customers when using our website
  • General office duties
My client work in a fast paced environment so the ideal Customer Service Advisor must be:

  • Computer literate
  • A can do attitude
  • Reliable
  • Strong Work ethic and initiative
Friday to Monday, 9am-5pm with 1h lunch break


This role of Customer Service Advisor is offered on a temp to perm basis with realistic opportunities of ongoing employment offered after successful completion of a 12 week probationary period.
