About the Role

Office Angels is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience throughout their journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Communicate Effectively: Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or in person, providing accurate and relevant information.
  • Collaborate with Other Departments: Work closely with operations and finance teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes.
  • Proactively Contact Customers: Provide updates, resolve issues, and offer additional assistance when required.
  • Identify Opportunities for Process Improvements: Help to identify areas for improvement and contribute to the development of best practices within the customer service team.

Requirements

  • Previous Experience in Customer Service: Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to work well under pressure and resolve complex customer issues.
  • Proficiency in CRM Software: Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools.
  • Customer-Focused Mindset: A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
