Expleo Group UK Jobs is seeking a highly skilled Automotive Customer Focused Engineer to join our team on a contract basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting market studies, analyzing customer requirements, and providing insights to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define customer-centric requirements and develop solutions to meet their needs.
- Establish customer target requirements, including in-vehicle infotainment systems, storage solutions, controls, switches, and displays.
- Analyze European automotive market trends and customer usage patterns to inform business decisions.
- Produce market, trend, and engineering test reports and benchmark reports to support business growth.
- Create documentation in response to customer use cases and needs.
Requirements:
- Degree-educated in a relevant field.
- Experience within the automotive industry, with a focus on customer-centric solutions.
- Strong understanding of European driving and car usage behavior.
- Knowledge of vehicle development and performance.
- Appreciation and knowledge of usability and ergonomic principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
