Job Title: Customer Focused Engineer

Expleo Engineering UK Limited is seeking a highly skilled Automotive Customer Focused Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting market studies, investigating customer requirements, behaviours, and latest technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define customer-centric requirements and establish target requirements for in-vehicle infotainment systems, storage solutions, controls, switches, and displays.
  • Analyse European Automotive market trends and customer usage patterns to inform engineering decisions.
  • Produce high-quality market, trend, and engineering test reports and benchmark reports.
  • Create documentation in response to customer use cases and needs.
Requirements:
  • Degree-educated with a strong understanding of vehicle development and performance.
  • Experience within the Automotive Industry, with a customer-focused mindset and knowledge of European driving and car usage behaviour.
  • Strong understanding of usability and ergonomic principles, with Microsoft Office skills.
  • A full driving licence valid for driving in the UK is essential, and flexibility to travel is required.
