About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Office Angels. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide prompt and efficient service to customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Communication: Respond to customer queries via various channels, providing accurate and relevant information to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Problem-Solving: Act as a point of contact for customers, handling and escalating complex issues as needed, and providing solutions to resolve customer concerns.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and interactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as operations and finance, to resolve customer issues and improve processes.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of best practices within the customer service team.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a similar role.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • CRM Proficiency: Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools.
  • Customer Focus: A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
