Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Guest Services team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have an unforgettable experience at Center Parcs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Check guests in at our Arrivals Lodge, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Handle guest enquiries on our Maintenance Helpdesk, providing accurate and helpful information.
  • Book activities on our leisure booking system, ensuring that guests have access to a wide range of exciting experiences.
  • Report any faults to the Technical Services and Housekeeping departments, ensuring that any issues are resolved promptly.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A good level of computer literacy.
  • Friendly, genuine, and warm towards guests and colleagues.
  • Works well with others in a team.

Desirable Requirements

  • Previous experience working in a similar role or environment.
