Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Building relationships with existing customer base & maximising every opportunity to increase sales
  • Provide excellent customer service, have an understanding of customer job requirements & correct product selection to ensure repeat business
  • Raising invoices, processing orders & preparing customers quotes
  • Keeping trade counter tidy & fully stocked at all times
  • Carrying out any other duties as necessary or as required
  • Please note this role may require occasional heavy lifting
Skills, Knowledge & Experience

Experience of Plumbing/Heating Merchant industry preferable & product knowledge desireable

Excellent communication & customer service skills with telephone sales/trade counter experience

Competitive salary & dependant on experience

28 days holiday (inc bank holidays)
