PETA Ltd are proud to be working with AGL to recruit a dedicated and confident Business Administration Apprentice.

The Apprentice will be working in a team to provide a reliable, quality service to meet the needs of clients and customers.


Training to be provided:

Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard. You will complete a 15-month apprenticeship which includes 12 days at the PETA training centre in Cosham. You will be supported every 6 weeks with visits from your PETA Learning & Development Coach.

About the role:


The role will be working with both internal teams and customers, and will involve providing excellent customer service, great communication and supporting various teams within the business.

The Business Administrator will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Updating records and documentation
  • Supporting the team with onboarding projects
  • Using the internal CRM system to track enquires
  • Organising lunches and refreshments for meetings and visitors
  • Having responsibility for internal inventory
  • Booking hotels, taxi's, couriers and making travel arrangements as requested
  • Understanding and giving feedback on key processes within the business
  • Working closely with all levels of staff to support any admin tasks
