Operational Excellence:
Manage powder production operations to maximize quality, productivity, and waste reduction targets, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Process Improvement:
Lead initiatives to enhance plant processes, efficiency, and performance in collaboration with engineering teams.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure product meets required specifications and comply with quality standards and HACCP protocols.
Develop and implement strategies to maintain a safe and healthy work environment, managing risk and compliance with OSH regulations.
Relationship Management:
Foster positive relationships with stakeholders, including Māori shareholders, regulatory agencies, and internal teams.
Personnel Management:
Provide effective leadership to production staff, including training, development, and performance management.
Relevant technical, dairy, or science tertiary qualification.
Detailed knowledge of OSH, quality control, and performance improvement.
Proven track record in operational management, regulatory compliance, and relationship building.
