The Shift Leader is a key member of the restaurant team, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant during their shift. Reporting to the Restaurant General Manager, they are expected to run great shifts in a self-sufficient manner, seeking help from the team when necessary.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide regular feedback to the Restaurant General Manager on the performance of Team Members
  • Actively participate in the training of Team Members
  • Ensure that all Team Members complete their Shift Excellence tasks for their assigned position(s)
  • Ensure food safety, quality, and accuracy of orders
  • Resolve customer complaints quickly while maintaining positive customer relations
  • Assist profit & Loss management by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory and
