Shift Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Shift Leader to join our team at Tesco. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for coordinating the store team to deliver an exceptional customer experience, ensuring a clean and well-stocked store, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate the store team to achieve sales and customer service targets
* Ensure the store is clean, tidy, and well-presented at all times
* Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues
* Manage stock levels, including receiving and processing deliveries
* Maintain accurate records, including sales data and customer feedback
Requirements
* 2+ years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a till
