About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Team Leader to join our team at Meadow View Residential Care Home. As a Care Team Leader, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents, while also supporting the development of our Care Assistants.

Our ideal candidate will have experience in care, with a strong focus on delivering personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident. You will be a natural communicator, able to build strong relationships with residents, their families, and colleagues alike.
