About the Role

As a Care Team Leader, you will be responsible for the day-to-day needs of our residents, providing compassionate and personalized care. You will work closely with a team of like-minded individuals to ensure our residents feel comfortable and supported in their home. You will also support Care Assistants in their development and contribute to creating a positive and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care to residents, adhering to their individual care plans
  • Support Care Assistants in their development and provide guidance and feedback
  • Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration
  • Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and colleagues to ensure their needs are met

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
