We're looking for a skilled Barista Maestro to lead our team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. As a Barista Team Lead, you'll be responsible for managing daily operations, maintaining high standards, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead shifts and support colleagues in delivering outstanding customer experiences
  • Maximize sales by leveraging team members' strengths
  • Train and accredit new Baristas
  • Stay up-to-date with new recipes and ranges, and share knowledge with the team
